It helps put our thinking minds on the back burner, and encourages us to stop resisting and just observe, allow and surrender.

Mandalas are a great tool for meditation, and equally as effective as keeping you present when you are actually making your own! In this workshop, you will learn about mandalas, be guided in a meditation to connect to your intuition about the direction you want your painting to go (colors, symbolism, etc.), and then start creating!
